The Army University Learning Platform is powered by Arizona State University (ASU). You must complete ASU onboarding before accessing CGSOC ADL Common Core courses. This is a time-sensitive process—the timeline includes weekends.
Your Onboarding Timeline
No Later Than 1 Week Before Course Start
1. Enroll in ATRRS
- Complete your course enrollment in ATRRS (deadline)
2. Check Your Email
Seven days before start, you will receive an email from noreply-ulis@asu.edu
This is your official onboarding invitation
3. Begin Onboarding Immediately:
- Open the invitation email
- Verify your email address
- Receive your ASU username and create a password
- Download "Duo Mobile" authenticator app on your mobile device
5 Days Before Start
- Complete your onboarding steps
- Reminder emails sent to students with incomplete onboarding
2 Days Before Start
- ASU Onboarding Closes for this cohort
1 Day Before Start
- Successfully onboarded students registered into Army Student Management System
