Two- to three-hour executive skills sessions plus Supplemental Reading, Discussion Groups, and Journal Entries *Graduation from the USAWC ELDC-S course requires participation in monthly class meetings and associated out-of-class work, completion of the Facilitating Leadership and Group Skills (FLAGS) workshop, participation in the Senior Spouse Leadership Seminar (SSLS), and at least one of the two Spouse Reading Program events.
