If you would like to reserve a room on-post prior to your arrival, contact Hoge Barracks. TLF fills up quickly, so make your reservations as soon as possible. For off-post accommodations, there are a few hotels in Leavenworth/Lansing, and a number of larger hotels near Kansas City International Airport, about 20 minutes away. A non-availability letter is not required to stay off-post.
