Our Course Management Branch (CMB) focuses on the development and delivery of Faculty and Staff Development (FSD) curriculum. We collaborate with Faculty and Staff Development Offices (FSDOs) across the Army Learning Enterprise to build world class faculty and staff through a commitment to education, training, and the scholarship of teaching and learning. Specific areas of responsibility include the development, review, revision and delivery of Common Faculty Development Program (CFDP) courses. CMB coordinates with T2COM staff, the National Guard Bureau, the US Army Reserve, and FSDOs regarding approval, publication, access, enrollment, and implementation of FSD courses. The branch also assists the Learning Policy and Quality Assurance Branch with revisions to Army and T2COM policies relating to FSD, and the evaluation of FSD programs through T2COM's Quality Assurance Program. At the CMB, we are committed to building a World Class Faculty across the Army Learning Enterprise and improving the Army's readiness through quality faculty and instruction.
