If your course is on ATIS Learning, follow the instructions below to submit a help desk ticket:

Access the Army Training Help Desk (ATHD) on AESMP and fill out the form.

Select one of the following in the Distance Learning Course dropdown:
  • ACTION OFFICERS DEVELOPMENT (1-250-AODC (DL)_)
  • CES FOUNDATION (1-250-C59 (DL)_)
  • CES SUPERVISOR 101 (1-250-C78 (DL)_)
  • MANAGER DEVELOPMENT (1-250-MDC (DL)_)
  • LEADER DEVELOPMENT COURSE (1-250-C70 (DL)_)
  • SUPERVISOR DEVELOPMENT (1-250-C53 (DL)_)
  • SUPERVISOR DEVELOPMENT-EXECUTIVE LEVEL (1-250-C55 (DL)_)

Alternatively, you may submit an ATHD ticket telephonically by calling 866-335-ARMY (2769), Option 6.
