New CES Foundation Course Now Available

A newly redesigned Civilian Education System (CES) Foundation Course (FC) is now available. The 49-hour course completion requirement was reduced to 40 hours, prompting learners to reflect on concept development and application.

The Foundation Course is required for all Army Civilians employed after 30 September 2006, and interns are required to complete the course before finishing their intern program.
