BG David C. Foley Attends AMSC Hail & Farewell Awards Ceremony

On 23 May 2023 AMSC conducted a Hails, Farewells, and Awards ceremony honoring new and departing team members as well as recognizing special achievements of select individuals. We were privileged to have BG David C. Foley, Army University Provost and Deputy Commanding General U.S. Army Combined Arms Center, in attendance to present awards. AMSC Director, Mr. Frank Wenzel, presented BG Foley with an Honorary Instructor Certification for his outstanding leadership, support, and guidance to AMSC in its mission to provide civilian education to Army Civilian Professionals around the globe.
