Dr. Robert Arp Selected as 2023 Civilian Instructor of the Year

AMSC’s very own Dr. Robert Arp was selected as the 2023 Dr. Liston W. Bailey Civilian Instructor of the Year! The award recognizes those instructors who demonstrate a keen understanding and application of the Army Learning Concept, superior skills, and professionalism as instructors, facilitators, and mentors. Dr. Arp’s actions and dedication significantly contribute to the Army Management Staff College’s mission and impact across the Enterprise. An award ceremony will occur during the TRADOC Leaders Forum, 26-28 SEP 23 at Fort Eustis.
