Accreditation Overview
Accreditation is based on meeting specific standards to improve educational programs and student learning through critical evaluation of the school's performance and provides specific recommendations for continuous process and program improvement.
Our participation is to ensure we provide high quality programs and services from development to implementation of current, relevant education and training to meet leader competency needs throughout the Army.
Current Accreditation
AMSC is currently accredited by two institutions: the Army Quality Assurance Program and the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training.
The Army Quality Assurance Program performs an assessment of our courses based on doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities, and policies domain (DOTMLPF-P) standards led by the Army Quality Assurance Program. The Army Quality Assurance Program is a service organization chartered to promote high standards to enhance Army combat readiness through internal and external evaluations, conferences, consulting services, and assistance.
International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) - The Army Management Staff College (AMSC) is accredited by the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and offers IACET CEUs for its learning events that comply with the ANSI/IACET Continuing Education and Training Standard. IACET is recognized internationally as a standard development organization and accrediting body that promotes quality of continuing education and training.
