Dr. Steven Petersen

Dr. Steve Petersen is currently the Chief of Academic Support at the Army Management Staff College (AMSC). He has extensive knowledge in higher education administration, leadership, and curriculum development. He is a retired U.S. Army officer, has worked in public higher education administration, and taught graduate level courses in organization theory and leadership studies. Steve has also served as the editor-in-chief for the Journal of Military Learning. His research interests include change management, organizational behavior/culture, and leadership. Dr. Petersen holds an MBA and an EdD in higher education leadership.
