Mr. Aaron Monson

Aaron Monson is the Quality Assurance Officer of the Army Management Staff College (AMSC), Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Aaron became an Army Civilian Professional through the CP-32 Pathway Internship Program at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Upon completion of the program Aaron served in the Maneuver Support Center Of Excellence (MSCOE) in several positions including as a Master Instructor, and Chief of Civilian Training. In 2014 Aaron transferred to the US Army Prime Power School as Chief of Training, Development, and Evaluation where he served until joining the Army Management Staff College in September 2022. Aaron has a passion for learning, designing educational curriculum, and instructional methodologies. He is graduate of Utah State University where earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems and a Master of Science degree in Instructional Technology. Aaron holds professional certifications from Kirkpatrick Partners where he is a Gold Level Certified Professional and the Association of Talent Development in Knowledge Management, Designing Synchronous Training, and Advanced E-Learning.
