Dr. David Culkin

David T. Culkin, Ph.D. is a professional adult educator with over 30 years of experience as a soldier and Army Civilian. He earned a doctorate in adult, occupational, and continuing education at Kansas State University in 2016. As Director of Operations, Plans, and Strategy, he provides expert and comprehensive knowledge in training concepts, philosophies, methodologies, policies and procedures, governing training management, training support and education, plus a thorough understanding of how they impact training and education goals, objectives and implementation programs and evaluation strategies. His current research interests include the history of education in the public-private domains, narrative learning, and qualitative methodologies. He enjoys reading, writing, swimming, drawing, and hiking.
