Dr. Christina Love’s professional journey spans over 25 years, building and leading organizations. She is currently the Director of the Department of Civilian Leader Development for the Army Management Staff College (AMSC), where she leads staff in executing the Organizational Leadership Course (OLC), the Enterprise Leadership Course (ELC), and the Continuing Education for Senior Leaders-Strategic Leadership (CESL-SL) Seminar. Previously, she served as the Director of the Spouse Integration Office at Army University, where she established the office and led as the lead integrator and senior advisor, providing guidance on high-profile issues and initiatives that support Total Army Readiness.

She earned her Doctorate of Executive Leadership from the University of Charleston in West Virginia and holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from Prairie View A&M University. She is a graduate of the CES OLC (formerly Intermediate Course), the Advanced Course, and the CESL-SL Seminar.

Dr. Love’s awards and recognition include the Basic Army Instructor Badge, an Outstanding Civilian Service Award, Superior Civilian Service Award (2), Civilian Service Commendation Medal (3), Commander’s Awards for Civilian Service (2), Certificate of Achievement, the President’s Award for Volunteer Service, and TRADOC Hero of the Week.
