Overview
The Supervisor 101 course is a web-based course with lessons that focus on supervising Civilian employees. The course provides new supervisors with foundational knowledge necessary to successfully manage work processes and lead in the Army Environment.
The course aligns with the Federal Supervisory Training Framework, 28 September 2015, to provide Army Civilian Corps supervisors with specific training and education within 90 days of accepting a position.

Eligibility
The Supervisor 101 course is available to all members of the Army Profession as a self-development tool. It is highly recommended for Army Civilians in new supervisory positions.

Supervisor 101 is a supplemental course designed for new supervisors of Army civilians. This course is not required and will not grant credit for the supervisor training requirement.
