CW5 David T. Miller

CW5 David T. Miller was born in Greenfield, Indiana and entered the Indiana National Guard in June 1995 as Water Purification Specialist; Active Duty Army in July 1999 as a Bradley Line Backer Crewman; and commissioned as a Warrant Officer in February 2006 as an Air Defense Systems Integrator. He currently serves as the Deputy Commandant of the U.S. Army Warrant Officer Career College.

He has held various positions all over the world on a variety of Air Defense platforms and roles including Bradley Linebacker Section Leader, Brigade Air Defense Systems Integration Technician, Air Defense Warrant Officer Education System Senior Instructor, Joint Interoperability Datalink Training Center Instructor, and Joint Interface Control Officer at locations that include Fort Riley, Fort Sill, Fort Bragg, Republic of Korea, and Germany, with combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. He has worked with over 40 Allies and Partners to include NATO, the Republic of Korea, Switzerland, Austria, and Ukraine, and specializes in Joint and Combined Interoperability.

CW5 Miller’s education includes Advanced Individual Training as a Water Purification Specialist (77W) and Bradley Line Backer Crewman (14R), Primary Leadership Development Course, Battle Staff Course, Basic Noncommissioned Officer Course, Air Defense Airspace Management / Brigade Aviation Element Course, Warrant Officer Basic Course (140A), Captain’s Career Course, Warrant Officer Advanced Course, Basic Instructor Course, Small Group Instructor Course, Warrant Officer Intermediate Level Education, Warrant Officer Senior Service Education, Link 16 Planner’s Course, and Joint Interface Control Officer Course. CW5 Miller currently holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology Management from Trident University International.
